We would recommend a refill every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes looking nice and full. It is important to take care of your eyelashes to make them last longer including avoiding soaking your eyes with water and steam for the first 24 hours, not using oil based cleansing products and not using mascara.

If applied properly and using high quality products, lash extensions will not cause damage to your natural lashes. At Bunny Lashes, we use the highest quality lash and glue products and we DO NOT use pre made fans, which are typically the main reason for any damage to natural lashes

Yes, whilst rare, there are cases of allergic reactions (itchy, swollen eyelids, etc). We recommend a patch test to check if you have had a previous allergic reaction to eyelash extensions or if you have pre-existing medical conditions. If you do have an allergic reaction, you are advised to seek medical attention and we will help to remove the extensions as soon as possible.

Classic lash extension is the most natural eyelash set. Suitable for those who want to look like they curled and applied mascara onto their own lashes but with darker lash line. Classic lashes are applied 1:1 on individual lashes.

Hybrid lash extension is a mix of classic lashes and volume lashes. Suitable for those who want a more wispy and fuller look than the classic set, yet more natural than volume. We would recommend a hybrid set for first timers who are unsure of what style they prefer.

Volume lashes are suitable for those looking for more fullness and volume to their lashes compared to the Hybrid set. 4D-6D is applied to each individual natural lash

A new set of extensions could take between 1 to 3 hours depending on the style you are after.

Please make sure your eyes and lashes are thoroughly clean with no traces of eye makeup or striplash glue. Please use an oil-free makeup remover if removing makeup.
